At BEST UK STORE, we go beyond the legal requirements in the UK. You can return your product up to 120 days after receipt, without having to provide justification.

Return Instructions

  1. Return notification: contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Authorisation: we will send you detailed instructions and, if necessary, a prepaid shipping label.

Packaging and Shipping

  1. Pack the item in its original packaging with all labels intact.
  2. Include the return authorisation form and any necessary supporting documents.
  3. Print the return label provided by email.

Return Costs

Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Specific Conditions

Change of mind: return possible within 120 days if item is new, unused, and in original packaging. 

Defective product: we will cover return costs and offer exchange or refund. 

Damaged product: send us photos within 48 hours of receipt. 

Incorrect product: we will arrange return and dispatch of correct product. 

Product not received: contact us for investigation. If parcel is lost, refund or replacement will be provided. 

Order cancellation: possible as long as shipment has not been dispatched.

Damaged or Defective Products

Undamaged Products

Return possible within 120 days if product is intact and unused in original packaging.

Timelines

Return period: you must report and ship return within 120 days of receipt.

Refund processing: up to 14 days after return validation.
